Awful, just awful. Nail technician aas so rough in removing my SNS that it was very painful and she broke one of my nails deep into the quick. She then angrily jerked my hands around to show her coworker and then filed them down so hard I was almost crying. After two hours it eas finally over but then she mistakenly wiped two nails before they were dry and then had to redo them. The final insult was that they didnt recognize my payment on the app even though I had received an email confirmation of my receipt and I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the manager arguing about it. NEVER will go back!!! Update—two days later 3 of the nails have cracked

I spent 2 in a half hours at the salon for a simple dip powder manicure because the woman kept messing up...the worst part is that its been less than 24 hours and one of my nails already cracked and 2 peeled off.
