I was told about the “upcharges” before I was even greeted. Shaping is terrible, eve after 2 or 3 times of the tech going back to reapply gel to spots that were missed. All nails are shaped slightly differently, and I had to ask for simple things( like painting the nail to the edge, and not pasting tips on a nail that is broken without cutting the nail down first) This service took 2 hours and 45 minutes, which we all know is far too long. I’m not sure if it was lack of experience or lack of caring. Either way, Poor quality, service with an attitude and slow work will stop me from returning to this salon. Bear in mind- this was the owner/manager that performed my service. If I had not prepaid on this app, I would have left after red flags 2 and 3.
