Rude! unprofessional, unskilled and had the nerve to say there is a “tip minimum of 18%” when they deserved no tip at all! Messed up the polish several times, tried to give me the wrong color, overall pushy and rude. My friend and I went here for our birthdays to relax on a day off, but will never EVER be returning. There are so manh other amazing nail places in the city- DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been to this salon a couple of times, and while they do a good job and prices are very reasonable- The staff can be rude at times. They laugh at you when you tell them what services you want and they can be rough when handling your hands/feet. I have been giving it a couple of chances but I think I will go somewhere else because of this.

Could not be more disapointed. The staff is nasty to start, extremely rude. Then they throw in extras without telling you. They asked “callus?” So I said yes being that every salon ive been to includes this. Then they chaged $15 for this quick callus filing. This has always been included in the past and of course i wouldve never said to do it had she told me!! Also, the actual nail painting was a bad job.....
