I had the worst gel manicure here. The snailz app makes it convenient but they demanded more money from me. My gel has literally been on a week and it looks like I worked my hands in chemicals with horrid spots.
My French nail chipped in less than 2 days. Had to get them redone somewhere else. They also had no idea that their systems would take online reservations, I had to explain to them that I made it through Snailz.
Great eyebrow wax! Thorough and nice, took me right away, no questions about using the app. Highly reccomend!
Gel manicure...2 nails chipped 2 hours later. Next day, 3 more chipped. I got the manicure on Friday and now at work on a Monday I have 2 full hands of chipped nails. It’s embarrassing. A 2 week gel manicure for $30 lasting 3 days? That’s what I get for trying a new place and app! I also was left for 15 minutes mid manicure so the woman could go to the cashier and organize money. This was a very bad experience!
Lucy was great helping me select a color and she was super efficient and precise. She started filing my nails a little short at first but that is the only negative. Also I did not have my cuticles cut, only pushed. Would definitely recommend!

I walked in and even though I’d just made the appointment, they had no clue what I was talking about. After a very perfunctory pedicure, I had to walk my own stuff over barefoot to the manicure desk, and I asked her to just file to smooth my nails, as little as possible. Instead she filed them all off, and filed below the Nail line in the corners of a few. They’re completely ruined. Then she started cutting my cuticles carelessly; I asked her to please take care as she might cut me as she was being really aggressive. She didn’t stop; lo and behold, she made my next finger bleed in two places. When I said something after looking at it and realizing she’d also filed my fingers off, she said ‘I didn’t do it.’ Huh? I realize part of the problem might have been communication as she, and seemingly everyone else there, didn’t speak any English at all; I thought they at least understood some but I guess not. You get what you pay for; my nails are so much worse than before I went in.

Nice and quick. Feels like she was little rushing and she pressed too hard on cuticle. But overall nice quick in and out service.
