The quality is OK - nothing special, but fair prices. No massage in pedicure chairs. Cleanliness is average at best.

We had an appointment and had to wait almost an hour to be serviced. While we were here, numerous women walked in with appointments, and all of them were told they had to wait for way too long as well. The service was fine, only time will tell. Also, no massage chairs??? Maybe the worst salon I’ve been to in NYC. See picture for manicure conditions for some women.

Ligerally the worst fuckin mani pedi of my life. They don’t care whether or not yoh have an appointment, they charge for EVERY extra service, including removing the tiniest remnants of polish, cuticle and callouse removal, ice cold foot bath no leg or foot massage... and no massage chairs. People were getting their manicures essentially standing in the middle of the salon. Awful.
