Services + Prices
First time at this salon + first time using Snailz. Both were great!
I made my appointment through the app. I Was forced to wait 15 minutes because they were not prepared. I booked the appointment during my lunch hour so this was a big inconvenience. The manicurist cut 4 of my fingers, one of them pretty badly. I just left 10 minutes ago and the clear coat they put on my fingers already looks dull, as if they needed to apply more. One of the cuts is still bleeding and I am completely dissatisfied with the finished product. Would never come back. They were apologetic about cutting me but that doesn’t take away the cuts.
Amazing 1st time visit today. I will be coming back again.
Very quick, but not in a good way. Missing a lot of the touches that usually come with a mani, like soaking and buffing. Overall, decent mani for the cheap price. Noticed some bubbles and missed spots after I left. Lowered professionalism because any time I tried asking my tech a Q/talking to her, she would mumble low and she had a mask on. Multiple times I'd tell her "I can't understand what you're saying" and she just ignored me and continued with the mani. Wouldn't go back. Passed a salon on my way (not one on Snailz) with manis for $1 cheaper, will try them next time instead.
The nicest ladies ever! Great pedicure that lasts literally a month without chips. My favorite place. Everyone is also always smiling and in a good mood which is nice. Clean. Fast. Good colors too!
Service was good and cheap for Manhattan. I’ll definitely come back.
It was super easy to check-in with the Snailz appt. I just told them I was there for a 3:30p and they asked me my name... then sat me right down and I received my manicure with no questions asked. Technician was very nice, though I couldn't understand her accent. Service was quick - in and out in less than an hour. Used manicure tools that were in a sterilizing machine... but she pulled out the tools from an already open bag. Wish it was more cleanly but good enough for a $10 manicure.
