Golden House Nail Spa

I got my nails done here today. The lady cut them too short and then I added gems which fell off within 15 minutes. Also had to pay extra $15 for french design…

Toes were crooked and paint chipped off within the hour

Probably the worst salon in new york. Nails are never the same shape - they upcharge for absolutely everything. Tried it a handful of times, and never had the same experience. Only good thing is the receptionist is kind.

Kind staff and clean facility

Worst experience ever. They were overbooked and I was waiting around even though I had an appointment. I fell asleep while getting my pedicure and they tried charging me extra for a massage that they said they gave me while I was asleep. Scam!

They are prompt and do a good job at getting you in and out on time, which is important to me since I get my manicures on my lunch break. A couple of my nails chipped and flaked about 3 days after my service and I was not happy about that. The staff is nice and the area is convenient for me.

Way too expensive for what you are getting. Same pedicure in Ireland Costs half the price and yes I know overheads in NYC but still. No pedicure is worth over $100 it’s ridiculous. I booked the lavender spa pedicure and was then told polish is extra on top of $75. Ludicrous. Definitely won’t be back, such a waste of money but when she has started what can I do but continue when they tell me it costs extra for the polish.
