It took over an hour after my appointment time before I was seated and they clearly skipped a step as multiple nails started falling off the next day. I returned to have those nails fixed the next day just to have more fall off. Poorly done and did not take responsibility for the mistake.

Hi! I was so excited to come to this place as my friend recommended to me. Everything was overall ok, but the quality of some nails… I could not decide about colour of my nails and felt like I annoy the nail master and told 100times that I am sorry because I am deciding:) Some nails are done very bad. And also I received an email that I paid online for everything and do NOT need pay at the salon and then the receptionist said for the service i have to pay there by cash. But I do not have cash with me and was not prepared for that. You should warn your customers about that.
