Overall it was a fine experience, not pushy in adding extras which I enjoy. But my manicure has lasted maybe two days before chipping which is too bad. Color selection was good. It was very empty when I got there but a great location and nice atmosphere.

Facility was surprisingly nice and empty. Pricing was good. Unfortunately, my manicure was disappointing. I asked the manicurist to trim my nails just to even them out and round the edges. She cut my nails very short and my nails look square. More bothersome is that they are not even - some are rounder and longer than others, and the nails are unevenly filed. She also painted them very quickly, and as a result they chipped/dented easily. Even after carefully waiting a while for them to dry, I noticed multiple nicks on my nails before I even made it home. An employee started massaging my shoulders while she was doing my nails - nice little perk, I thought. After a few minutes of doing so he asked if it was okay for him to rub my shoulders, and I realized he was looking to charge for it. I felt that was a bit underhanded.
