My powder dip mani turned out great, but i’m weary since their tools are just kept in dingy personal boxes, not unwrapped fresh between customers. My technician didnt spend a lot of time grooming my feet—my nails needed to be trimmed and she seemed to just take short cuts. I had a 10 minute chair massage that she tried to give me while i was drying my hands on a rolling stool. I didn’t appreciate that because i paid extra to sit in the actual massage chair, she was annoyed i actually wanted to get my massage in a proper chair without rolling all over. The massage still sucked, unfortunately...

Had a very rushed, sloppy manicure. Thought I gave the girl a very generous tip for my $12 manicure but it was so messy! I probably could’ve done a better job myself. Extremely dissapointed since this is convienently close to my office but not sure if I’ll return.

Just popped in to get my old acrylics and gel removed. My nail tech was very nice and did a good job even though she didnt seem to have the right tool to get underneath the gel and pull it off—she used her Metrocard...
