I made an appointment on April 7th for treatment on May 13th. When I arrived, I was informed that they were too booked to take me even though I had an appointment. The man at reception was very kind while talking me through this, however, I found the experience itself very unprofessional and would not book again. I also was informed I would need to go through my credit card to get my money back because they were unable to get my money back through Snailz.
