Beautiful salon! Got a dip manicure and I will say, it took longer than it usually takes in my opinion and the process was a little harsh on my nail-beds. BUT the extra time in the chair and the process as a whole is worth it because this is the cleanest, smoothest manicure Iāve ever gotten. Will definitely come again!

I love Spa Ella II and have had many wonderful experiences. I do recommend this spa but beware of the girl wearing glasses (sorry for vague description). My most recent experience was awful due to the technician - she was super rough and aggressive with my nails, never asked me what nail shape I wanted, took FOREVER, she skipped second coat on random nails, and her hands were sweating on me the whole time. And the worstā¦it was my birthday. Nails still turned out nice but I was never relaxed.
