My pedicure started 30 min late.... but i was soaking for the 30 min. The girl who did my pedcure was very good, a young college student. My nails came out crappy, and i was embarssed to show my hands in public for the next two weeks. In total i was there for 4 hrs for a pedicure and powder dip They do not provide sns powder. Its another type that is really not nice looking.

Waited around 2 hours for my powder dip, people walked in and got seen quicker than me even though I booked an appointment. She filed my skin a ton of times and continuously spoke in Spanish over me, took her time, laughing and joking with everyone and left them all bumpy and the finish is awful. Didn’t have time to even complain so paid and left. Would NOT recommend unless you just want cheap nails and sore skin. Should probably teach the staff how to speak English as well

Would not even think about going back!! Their waxing area is a corner in the pedicure section with a shower curtain. The waxing bed is covered with a filthy moving blanket and they double dip!!! Ended up getting a rash. They should be reported to the health department immediately

I never got taken care of. I waited an hour for them to at least put my feet in soap and water, but then 20 mins go by and no one was even attending to me. I want a refund from this website because I couldn’t even get my bails done cause I didn’t want to wait another 2 hours to be attended to. Worse experience ever!

Everything on time, very clean, really good job, I’ve done French mani and pedicure it’s perfect, I’ll be back.
