Appointment time didn't matter. Quoted a different price on the phone and tried to charge significantly more in person. Not the best attitude from the owner and not the greatest customer service. Owner favored her repeat client over a new client with appointment. Seemed to be some favortism as well for "certain" clients. Overall not the best experience. Wouldn't recommend.
