They did not have my reservation down so i had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen. Had a no polish manicure done and the cleaning up of the nails and cuticles was not done well.

I never got this appointment because the salon never opened!! I waiting outside for at least 20 minutes, called repeatedly, and left 2 voicemails and NOTHING! Their hours of operation are incorrect online and in front of their store. I had to go somewhere else last minute and cannot believe I was charged for a service I never got! The worst part is that I've actually been to this salon and liked it but this ruined my whole experience.
