I scheduled my appointment for 5pm. I got to the salon right on time. I told them I booked through Snailz. They had me pick a color and wait. Well I waited for 20min before they even put me in a chair. The lady that did my nails was not the technition I picked through the app. My nails came out beautiful and the lady did a great job. So overall it was an okay experience. I also saw them cleaning since it was the end of the night and it looked like they really cared about cleanliness, scrubbing the pedicure chairs with disenfectant. They also used one time use nail file and nail buffer which was a plus. The manager at the front said that I shouldn’t use the snailz app anymore because they weren’t be using it. In that case they should be taken off the list if they don’t want anyone to use it.
