Horrible quality and customer service. I was yelled at by the woman after I nicely asked her to fix a mistake. She threw a hot towel on my hands out of anger and told me to leave. I have never experienced such horrible service. I guess there was a reason no one was in the salon. Will never come back, Snailz really should remove them from their roster.
