Somewhag shady and try to make you pay outside of snailz, even when you explain you cant cancel an appt on the app that is in tbe past so you’d be charged twice. Then their card machine is broken so you can only pay cash. Service was also sloppy; tech was not going to cut my cuticles until I reminded her, and my gel polish chipped on half the nails within 5 days.
