I made a 10 am appointment. After the ignored me for 5 min, they then had no record of my appointment. They made me wait 30+ min (told me it would be 20). Then i finally got annoyed and asked them how mich longer and magically they were like oh we can tke you now. She made me sit, prior to putting tge plastic in the tub which made the plastic pointless bc i had already touched my feet to ther service. Then she nearly knocked me out shoving my folded shoppong bag into my face under the curtain. Then they hastled me to pay even though i told them several times i already had.
