My appointment was on time but my friend’s was 30 minutes late. This is the worst manicure I have ever received. My nails are jagged, uneven, and lumpy. The technician rushed my appointment and was rough with my hands, resulting in bleeding. My previous nail polish, not gel, was not fully removed in places. A complete waste of $40. I could have done better myself at home.
