Glosslab - Flatiron

LOVE LOVE LOVE ! This is my favorite nail salon in the city. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I'm so bummed I moved further away, but I may start making the trek up there just for their amazing services. All of the techs are great and really kind humans. I've never had a bad service here, which is very rare at most salons. Definitely worth every penny!

This salon looks and feels more like a popup shop than a nail spa. I certainly did not have a zen experience and my nail technictian did not exactly deliver a fantastic result even after i asked her to file my nails evenly. They do carry dazzle dry polishes which is why I wanted to try out the salon.

GlossLab is my go to place and I’ve never had a problem until this appointment. The the woman (Angelina, I believe) who did my nails was sloppy and seemed distracted. She didnt listen to my response when she asked what nail shape I wanted. She cut my nails so short that she wasn’t able to make them the shape I always have. She caused me to bleed when cutting my cuticles. The polish isn’t smooth on all of my nails. It was not a good experience at all. I went last night and two of my nails have already chipped.
