The manicurists are nice and friendly. The girl who did my nails did a good job of trimming them, but her coloring skill is ok. She had to remove the polish from my cuticles with her nails several times. I even get nail polish on my finger. I booked my appointment through Snailz so I paid through the app. After I finished meni and pedi they give me an envelope for tipping. I wasn't expecting that and they cannot tip with credit card. I am a tourist with no cash or debit card with me. Eventually the front desk asked for my ID and let me pay the tip with my credit card. If you booked through Snailz, make sure you have some cash with you for tipping. Otherwise you will experience something not so pleasant.

Nails chipped after less then a week. they also charged me an extra $10 to get my gel polish removed. Left my hands soaking for too long and completely weakened my nails. Horror story

Gorgeous clean space and very nice people. But... my gel manicure started chipping day two and now a week and a half later four of my nails are chipped. The gel at the base of my nails aren’t even, either, so as it grows out it’s looking terrible. I have short nails so they don‘t often chip and can often go 2.5-3 weeks between gel manicures, but will need to go before two weeks are up because they are looking rough. Very clean space and maybe the spa services are their specialty but wouldn’t come back for gel.

Great service, very nice. But my gel manicure didn't last long at all. Started chipping within a few days and was done sloppily.
