A few hours before my appointment time I called the salon to confirm that my reservation had been made, the person who answered the phone confirmed. When I arrived the place was absolutely packed and there was not even any space to wait. After asking one of the technicians about my appointment time, she simply did not have an answer as clearly everyone was occupied with a customer. As there was no place to even wait, I was forced to step outside in the rain. I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and nobody was free.

Had a lovely experience! Walked in with no wait and was greeted by a very friendly and warm staff. Nails turned out gorgeous and Massage was amazing.
