Small place but good pedicure in the UES

Christie and her staff were very pleasant and did adequate work. The nail salon itself was far from a relaxing experience. It was cramped, had flourescent lighting, and was so hot inside. The scrub used on my pedicure was very harsh. They overbooked appointments and it was way too crowded inside.My nails look pretty great though and Christie gave me some good advice!

Customer service was okay. But the owner is very uncultural . BeforeI get their service they charged me tips 😂😂. So weird . Are you not suppose to get tips after your work. Cuz tips amount is based on your afford . Dont ask for tips before you provide your service . So awkward .

Pedicure was a disappointment. My toenails were really long and had a lot of potential to be cut and filed nicely but they were filed horribly and unevely. I also had requested a 10 min foot massage which I didn’t get. Won’t be returning.

Very attentive and friendly staff, I felt like I’ve been going to this salon for years & it was my first time! I will definitely be visiting again, thank you so much!
