They seemed to not like that I booked my appointment on Snailz and the woman doing my nails was not very friendly to me and seemed to be over it when I told her I booked and paid on Snailz. However, everyone else working there seemed to be very nice and welcoming. The salon is clean and comfortable and other than that, I liked fhe service.
Found this place by work & this was my 2nd experience here as I liked the ability to book, pay & tip on the app. Its really not my vibe to complain and I’ve literally never written a review about anything before but I just had to warn others to STAY AWAY from this place!! A dip powder manicure & regular pedicure should never take 2.5 hours. That isn’t even the worst part of this review. Pink-haired lady ‘Emily’ ‘took care’ of me & the entire time was rude, PUSHY, and physically shaking. After a super quick, shitty pedicure, with zero dead skin scrubbing, massaging, or normal pedicure fare (she wouldn’t even let my feet in the water for more than one minute), she proceeded to my manicure. She threw a fit about me asking for another set of colors to look at, as she handed me two rings of color options that were all glitter choices. Told me she didn’t want to go next door to their sister salon to grab the other rings of powder gel colors bc of the rain, I finally (in astoundment) choose a color I dont care for. Having been the person who did my nails two weeks prior, she proceeded to hammer me about who did the prior manicure and as if it were her first time giving a manicure, would NOT make my nails cut & even with each other as any other normal nail tech would! Until I literally grabbed the file to show her did she not do what I asked. Lots of huffing and puffing when I was simply asking for square oval nails. (Disclaimer: I’m overly polite so this was wild to me to have to ask her to cut my nails repeatedly). Unnecesaarily squeezing my fingers in a feral rage & muttering to herself was how she proceeded for the rest of the manicure. Flash foward an HOUR later & she then brings me a receipt to which I signal that I’ve paid already on my phone (showing her my email receipt). She then refuses to let me leave and throws a fit saying she needs to find her manager (go ahead). Ten minutes go by & her manager come over & easily confirms what I had said. Being a generous person I still tipped her 18% of my total $73 bill, and when I handed her the cash she looked down and said with a grunt, “oh”, as if I had handed her coal!!! Soooo ungrateful, unprofessional & totally the opposite of what a salon experience should be. One goes to the salon to be pampered and relax, not barked at and made to feel as if you’re a bother. Bonnie’s, if your employees don’t understand how mobile check-out works, they should be trained on that before being left alone (and advised not to BERATE customers for ‘not paying’ when they have!!). Silly me for imagining I could do my manicures after work versus near home. ***There is a reason this place is empty compared to its sister salon next door*** (I now realize my mistake coming to Bonnie’s and will NEVER make the same one again!) I truly hope no one else has to suffer the awkward wrath of ‘Emily’!!

The most horrendous experience. They had no idea I had booked through Snailz and barely had awareness that they even had the app. When I paid through the app, they didn’t believe me even though the button on their end said paid.
