Pedicure was great, massage was the least calming experience ever, I kept asking her to go softer but she didn’t and it hurt. The enviornment was chaotic and someone who works there was even screaming while I was getting the massage. Then the manicure experience was awful, continuously filing my skin while I asked her to stop and I walked out with 3 fingers that had bloody cuticles. The color I chose as well was way more sheer than the sample i picked it off of. Will not be returning
