Linda was very good, gentle and speedy with a SNS manicure! I really enjoyed my experience at Beauty Cutie and will be going back! Jason was also a great host!
The pink I picked was getting dried up probbaly a old polish. Jay my technician didn't ask me change my color and kept on applying and applying on more bad polish. Look at photos and video. It's not even polish at all and it's all over my skin. Some polish not even on my nail on the edges. It's really bad. Regret coming here. I was nice and still tip the $5. He did give me a little shoulder massage. I booked on snail app for a regular mani. It was 10.45. I asked if I can change to gel when I got there receptionist said sure just would need to pay the difference. When I swiped my credit card and my receipt. said 32 - 10 only. Not 10.45 (what I prepaid on the app) So they basically took my .45 cent. I mentioned to him before swiping that I paid $10.45 he said yeah If my gel mani was good I wouldn't care for the .45 cent but it wasn't good. I don't even care about the shape or file. All I ask for good polish and painting job
This was the most rushed manicure I have ever had - probably lasted 5 minutes from start to finish. I had a 6pm appointment and they were busy so I wasn’t seated until 6:15. The manicurist rushed through the cuticles, filed my nails so fast the edges were rough and jagged, and flew through 3 coats of light pink polish with rapid speed. Maybe 5 seconds of hand massage with lotion for each hand. Then when I was seated to dry she massaged my shoulders for 3 seconds which was uncomfortable because it was so short - I’m thinking what’s the point if it’s so short and why are you touching me? Would never return. Go here if you are short on time and want a 5 minute manicure.
Originally, I paid $0.45 on the app because I had a $10 off promo code, and the manicure price is $10. At the end, I ended up paying $3.45 + tip because when I first entered the salon the lady at the front pointed at a specific rack of nail polish. There was a tiny sign I overlooked that said manicure- $3. After I picked my color, the lady told me it was an extra $3 and was persistent that I keep that color. The lady told me it was better formulated and last 10 days; to me it looked like any other regular nail polish. I wanted to change it but they wouldn't let me change it. The color was nice but the job wasn't that great. I felt like my cuticles were flooded with nail polish and there was a bubble or two. I don't plan on going to this salon again. Before I left, there were racks of OPI nail polish that the lady at the front desk failed to showed me.
