I was pretty disappointed after the service. The mani pedi was perfect but when it came to my preference of french nails it became way different than i expected. My manicurist Yolanda had a difficult time doing the french nails and asked me if i was okay. I showed a picture milion times of the french manicure i wanted and she just kept going and doing her style of french manicure and rushed the process to the point i wasnt happy with my nails. Iwanted to change it and i tried my best to be patient until she questioned why i want to change it. "Why do you want to change ? You dont like it?" And i just let her do what she wanted on my nails. I just felt uncomfortable and i believe it is the worst experience i had in this store. I was one of their first customers when they opened years ago and i loved their salon thats why i came back but today i just felt very disappointed and i dont think ill come back to do my nails.

Painless, quick, but i am sure the technician double-dipped into the wax with a stick she had already used on my bikini area. The salon also tried to tell me that their prices on Snailz are wrong, that i would have to pay more for the services i booked, but i simply said No and they left it alone.

Appointment was at 7PM and they did not begin until 7:36. Pedicure was done in 16 minutes and they did a terrible job. Manicure was bad as well and chipped after two days. Gave me a hard time about soaking my hands for manicure.

I really wanted to make my own personal peace with my experience at this salon but the experience i had was so poor i really feel the need to share. My friend and i booked this salon after the second/third cancellation by SNAILZ due to the other places not having two available acrylic techs; we spent all day trying to find somewhere that could take us both and coincide with our plans for the rest of the night. Our SNAILZ representative suggested this place (beauty) and we really had no more time left to keep googling. We arrive and were seated within the first minute or two which was nice. But that’s the nicest part of the experience. My particular nail tech had no regard for what i wanted. I repeated myself countless times to which he and my friends nail tech, mocked and made fun of. He ignored me and did not shape my nails properly, the left side is NOTICEABLY longer than the right, he made me feel minuscule, rude, and needy when in fact, i am the one PAYING for what i want, not the other way around. I have never felt so disrespected in a nail salon. I just wanted my stiletto shape sharpened, and i had picked the 3D gel color. WHICH BY THE WAY, when booking the appointment, i chose gel color ($18) but the 3D were an additional $35-$48 charge, not noted on the app. And to make it an even bigger waste of time and money, they did not use the right color on my friends nails and tried to say the base color was different than on the swatch nail....but they were completely different. Regardless, they should have known this and advised accordingly. By the end of it i just wanted to cry. I’m on a budget and can’t afford to spend an additional $70 to fix mistakes that could have easily been avoided had the nail tech actually just listened to me. 0/10 would not recommend to a friend. Also we had to share a uv light and had i not gone with my friend, it would have been very strange to do so.

They were a half an hour behind schedule.

Linda was very good, gentle and speedy with a SNS manicure! I really enjoyed my experience at Beauty Cutie and will be going back! Jason was also a great host!

This was the most rushed manicure I have ever had - probably lasted 5 minutes from start to finish. I had a 6pm appointment and they were busy so I wasn’t seated until 6:15. The manicurist rushed through the cuticles, filed my nails so fast the edges were rough and jagged, and flew through 3 coats of light pink polish with rapid speed. Maybe 5 seconds of hand massage with lotion for each hand. Then when I was seated to dry she massaged my shoulders for 3 seconds which was uncomfortable because it was so short - I’m thinking what’s the point if it’s so short and why are you touching me? Would never return. Go here if you are short on time and want a 5 minute manicure.

Originally, I paid $0.45 on the app because I had a $10 off promo code, and the manicure price is $10. At the end, I ended up paying $3.45 + tip because when I first entered the salon the lady at the front pointed at a specific rack of nail polish. There was a tiny sign I overlooked that said manicure- $3. After I picked my color, the lady told me it was an extra $3 and was persistent that I keep that color. The lady told me it was better formulated and last 10 days; to me it looked like any other regular nail polish. I wanted to change it but they wouldn't let me change it. The color was nice but the job wasn't that great. I felt like my cuticles were flooded with nail polish and there was a bubble or two. I don't plan on going to this salon again. Before I left, there were racks of OPI nail polish that the lady at the front desk failed to showed me.
