My gel nail polish did not even last one week. Multiple nails chipped. Also their materials did not look very clean. When I told them I used Snailz app they looked at me in disgust and told me next time to just come without the app.

I am so upset—I explicated asked for my fingernails to not be cut or filed as I am growing them out, and they didn’t need to be shaped. My nails were cut and filed—after me stopping the manicurist multiple times to repeat myself. The pedicure I received was fine. I had that done first and then went to a manicure chair, where there was a foot dryer. The dryer must have had a UV lamp on because the polish is completely ruined. This place is such a waste, please save you money, time and patience, and go somewhere else.
