Always a pleasure getting my nails done here! The manager Jessica is so kind and really tries her best to accomodate her customers. Last time I went she did my nails because it was so busy at the salon. I usually get my nails done by Pema. I love working with her. She's very meticulous with her work and is receptive to feedback throughout the process. My go-to is a gel manicure + parrafin wax treatment. My manis has never chipped whenever I get them done here (photo is after 1 week of wear). I highly recommend this place. From my experience they're the most busy after 4pm or so. Best to get your nails done before then.

The salon quality really depends on the manicurist you get. It is also very annoying that if someone is coming in and spending more money then you, you’ll manicurist will abandon the manicure for them. I made an appointment and half way through mine my manicurist started rushing to the point that she was dropping everything. Then some guy finished it but it was very clear he had no idea what he was doing. So rude.

Unfortunately I love coming here, but they completely overbooked & kept allowing walk ins so my manicurist got up at least 10 times during my appointment and was rushing through my pre-booked appointment to talk to all the different walk ins. She was completely distracted throughout the appointment. When she had cut my cuticle and I was bleeding for the second time I asked her to please smooth out the polish on my nails and she told me it was my fault because I couldn't take the pain of the drill, but rather she kept cutting my skin because she was looking away to talk to people while using it and it kept jumping. I regularly have powder dip done to my nails every 3-4 weeks and this was unlike anything I have experienced at any salon. Unfortunately I will not be back to Attitude because this experience was so unpleasant despite the fantastic work Coco has done in the past, but this time she was not available and the person I was treated by was so unkind, it was a very unpleasant experience, and honestly a waste of money because I will need to redo these within 2 weeks of having them done. Please do not overbook scheduled appointments.
